The SAC asserts causes of action for (1) eminent domain, (2) intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, (3) intentional interference with a contractual relationship, (4) negligent interference with economic advantage, (5) violation of civil rights, (6) violation of civil rights (deprivation of property without due process of law), (7) conspiracy to violate civil rights, (8) battery, (9) conversion, (10) trespass, (11) retaliation and (12) violation of California Constitution, Article I, Section 19.įletcher, Miller and JCJ (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) now move for a preliminary injunction against the City.
